All sales of custom items are final. Custom items cannot be returned.

All custom designs will be the same mocked design with the exception of a different line name, line logo, and number. All questions are welcome and should be asked during the inquiring process to ensure we nail your custom request. Please be sure to put your custom information in the order notes to be sure that all of your information will be on your order. Revision requests after final sign off may require an additional charges. Designs produced by swanandpearlsapparel.com for custom orders have be pre-approved by CEO and Founder, Dr. Monique McMiller. This authorized vendor Swan & Pearls Apparel offers multiple fit categories to accommodate various body shapes and sizes. All designs and creative direction is created by Soror Soar, Brand Director of Sigma Tau Sigma Sorority, Inc. under the legal operation of TG The Mogul™. The soror/customer is responsible for proofing the custom design information thoroughly in the order note of any errors or corrections needed prior to submitting their payment. Making a purchase from the link constitutes approval of the order of each custom item. All custom orders will be checked by Soror Soar prior to submitting orders to confirm that all soror information is correct before sending the orders off for production.
