We have a 7-day refund/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return with a refund or exchange. No refunds, returns or exchanges are eligible after 7-days.

Please note once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Be sure you are using the correct payment method and shipping address for your order. Make sure you are checking the correct sizes and items too.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without fragrance, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. TG The Mogul, LLC reserves the right to refuse any refunds that does not meet the requirements.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) for return, refund or exchange and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Orders
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with the 7-day return policy, and once the returned item is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.
